Dinner Date had won a seller over ten furlongs here last year and ran well on his first outing since December as he stayed on to chase the winner in the final two furlongs. He can win a little race for his handler again this term and a drop to selling company would have to be noted.
La Gessa was another winner of a seller at this venue in September and ran well on her return as she came to deliver her challenge in the final three furlongs. She pulled clear of the fifth and is another who can win in her turn.
