An uncompetitive affair, run at a respectable pace throughout. TERRAMARIQUE's only defeat since joining Nicky Henderson this season had come on slow ground at Uttoxeter and, racing on his favoured quick surface here, he made it three wins from his last four starts. Due to go up a further 5lb from today, he is not going to be so easy to place, and connections may revert to chasing with him, where his rating is a shade more generous.

Memories Of Gold, a long-standing maiden, had run a fair fourth when stepped up to 3m at Bangor last time and improved on that effort with a creditable second. There is a little race to be won with her in this grade.

Wee Danny, who gained his first win in three years when scoring over 3m3f at Newton Abbot last week, raced close to the pace throughout but could not sustain his challenge from the home turn. Perhaps the race came a bit quickly after last week's effort.
