Rowlands Dream was not that clever two out and then made a mistake at the final flight, but in fairness she kept on to snatch second on her jumping debut. There ought to be a little race in her.
Nevsky Bridge took it up three out and was still going well at the last but she tired on the run-in. She won on the heavy at Leicester, but maybe this ground was too sticky for her.
Sunisa had every chance, she tired on the ruin-in but is consistent enough.
Imperialistic was beaten some way in the end, but she ran better than that might suggest. She was making her jumping debut, was awkward at the first where her rider lost an iron but was still thereabouts after three out. She was three times a winner on the Flat, so there may be a worry about her stamina for the jumping game, but as things panned out here you could not say for definite that was the problem here.
Brian Crowley reported that Pinkerton Mill had a breathing problem.
Richard Young reported that Rashida's saddle slipped.
