She certainly enjoyed the longer trip and possible slower ground as she did not look the likely winner when under strong pressure widest out midtrack when Garafena made a strong move to the front inside the final three furlongs. That changed going to the final furlong, though, as Oh Glory Be stayed on strongly to go clear and she is value for nearer double the winning distance.
The presence of five-year-old maiden Mawazeen, who has been off the course for 596 days, and Consuelita, well beaten at 50-1 on her recent debut, not far behind in fourth and fifth says it all about the strength of the form.
