Piety was entered in the Ribblesdale Stakes and certainly showed enough here to suggest she can win in this company, keeping on despite still looking green on this second appearance - she will progress again.
The first three came clear of Beautiful Summer, who showed a little more than on her debut and is likely to come on again but will probably do better in handicaps, and Yemen Desert, who had raced over 1m4f on her debut andshaped as though she probably wants to go back over further. Dubai Melody ran as though something may be amiss.
