Like the winner Trick Cyuclist wasn't ideally draw, but he ran his best race for a while with blinkers back on, for after travelling well, and getting to the front inside the last furlong, he was caught on the line.
One to take from the race is Obe One, who got no sort of run at all on the inside, and is much better than the form suggests. Though he isn't easy to win with, he's worth bearing in mind for a similar event.
