Muckle Flugga hit form at this time last year, and ran a sound enough race again. She goes well on good ground, and will be interesting next time. True Mariner travelled well and kept on to run a solid enough race considering he was 11lb higher than when winning at Hereford. This trio were clear of Mister Moussac, who had every chance having raced up with the pace, and Full Irish, who stayed on, and though never a threat left the impression he could be running in to form.
