Bollin Thomas tried hard in pursuit of Harmony Brig at the last and although he could make no impression, it was still a fair effort as he had three previous winners behind.
First Look should have finished closer to the winner on their running at Newcastle recently, but he failed to make any inroads after moving up on to the heels of the leaders after three out and was struggling at the next.
Seymar Lad has nowbeen disappointing in both starts since winning at Newcastle.
