That said, the pair, headed by KING DANIEL, quickened up well to finish well clear of therest. The winner has plenty of scope and was improving on his debut run at Sedgefield.
Mister Etek, who had run on testing ground on his debut, improved on this faster surface, to run a creditable race in second.
High Moor, third in heavy ground at Carlisle on his debut, hasn't progressed, and Seventh Sense, who had shaped quite well in the mares bumper at Aintree on her debut, was very disappointing this time.
