b\Wiltshire had a stone and a half to find on the winner on official figures so on the face of it this was an improved effort on turf, with most of his running having been done on the all-weather.
Alisdanza ran well enough but again found a couple too good. She has the ability to win a race of this quality if she gets a bit of luck on her side.
Insubordinate did not have the best of runs in the closing stages and while that may not have cost him a lot, this trip seems to suit better than sprinting.Donna’s Double had the run of the race and though held when it mattered, it was a fair run at the weights.
