AIRBUSS needed shoving along early on and took a while to find his feet, but he came with a long run up the outside to hit the front approaching the furlong marker and drew away in the style of a colt who will get another furlong or two.
Burnbank, second in a Polytrack maiden at Lingfield that might turn out to be all right, kept on to snatch second from Follow The Colours, who had taken it up when Catspraddle started to weaken.
Emotive, 6lb out of the handicap, was struggling a fair way out but was staying on when he was switched right inside the final furlong and got into a barging match with Lenoir, who was already beaten when his rider dropped his whip around a furlong out. James Doyle, the rider of Emotive, reported that his mount was unsuited by the track.Philip Robinson reported that Benbrook was unsuited by the track.
Neil Callan reported that Mamichor had hung left.
