TARRAMAN, who had shaped well on his only start as a juvenile, had the run of the race, and though he knuckled down well when ridden, he raced with his head up a bit in the closing stages. As this was only his second run, he could still be green but there is the chance that he might no be entirely straight forward. It's hard to know the value of this form but he's well regarded and a Listed event had been mapped out for him.
Munsef came from just off the pace to take second, and though this run qualifies him for a handicap mark, he should have no trouble in winning a maiden.
Top The Charts, rated 88, was more exposed than most of his rivals, and had the run of the race, so although he ran a solid enough race he may not improve as much as some of these.
Astronomical took the eye, running on in good style having been settled well off the ordinary gallop. He's now qualified for a handicap mark as is Mt Desert, who had plenty to find on his juvenile form and wasn't knocked about when held having been settled in mid field.
Hattan shaped well on his debut, running on well having missed the break and been last early. He will do better than this.
Barataria was slow to break and never showed, but is another likely improver.
Yameell was too keen early as was Noorain.
