Yet another five-furlong dash dominated from flag-fall by a horse drawn low, on this occasion EMPRESS JAIN, who confirmed her excellent speed with a front-running display which had many of her rivals in trouble from a long way out. She drifted away from the rails in the final furlong, but she stuck well to her task and was never going to be caught. She is on target to contest the Vodafone Dash at Epsom, where she will take on, for one, Merlin's Dancer, also successful on this card, and in a markedly quicker time.

Green Park, not drawn as well as the winner, ran a thoroughly sound race in second. He looks to be coming to himself and should not be long in winning.

Grazeon Gold Blend made a satisfactory reappearance from his wide draw. Guto was unable to dominate from his unfavourable berth.
