A grand, big sort, he came off the bridle for a stride or two on the turn, but went on as they straightened and kept up the gallop to score in decent style. He's a typical stayer from the Johnston yard who should keep progressing and who shapes as though he will stay further than this. He's one to keep on the right side.
Fusili has been in good form on the all-weather, and confirmed that improvement with a sound run back on turf, and on this showing can find another race even though she's gone up the weights for her successful winter campaign.
